Pia-Luise Baur
With Pia, we've gained a rider for our team whose skills we simply admire. Her incredibly refined riding ranges from beginner show jumping (A level) to 1.50m jumping. In 2023, she celebrated her greatest success to date, finishing third in the final of Germany's best U25 riders at the CHIO Aachen. She is also the reigning Baden-Württemberg state champion and a recipient of the Golden Riding Badge. Since mid-2025, Pia has been part of Richard Vogel and David Will's team, and shortly thereafter, Pia and Mini Million won the title of Bundeschampion (German National Champion) for 6-year-old show jumpers. This string of successes continued with a second-place finish at the German Masters in the BW-Bank Indoor Championship over 1.50m. We look forward to our time together with such a successful and likeable rider!
Pia Reich
Pia Reich in Silver Circle at the top of international sport!
She boasts countless successes at the international level. With her successful horse PB Chaconie, she achieved a sensational 6th place in the World Cup qualifier in Basel over 1.60m. With PB Löwenherz, PB Corrada, and PB Djazz d'Arvor, Pia achieved top placings in many international competitions at the advanced level in 2025. She also has other top results, such as a victory in a CSI3* over 1.50m in Gorla Minore. She rides the horses of Paul Bücheler, at whose Swiss facility they are also based.
Pia is characterized by absolutely refined, stylish riding; she holds the Golden Riding Badge and has been the most successful rider at a competition on more than one occasion.
We are very happy to have such a fantastic, personable rider on the team and look forward to our future together!
Anna Casper
Since mid-2024, the sibling trio from Gestüt Birkhof has been part of Team Silver Circle. Together with Anna, we have already celebrated some fantastic successes in a short time. Riding the jet-black Birkhof Bacardi, she has already won the title of State Champion. Her horses also include Birkhofs Zimtstern FBW and DSP Birkhofs Elocin, whom she rode to a silver medal at the 2024 Bundeschampionate (German National Championships). In her still young career, she can already be proud of excellent international placings, wins up to the S*** level (advanced level), and a 4th place at the German U25 Championships. Anna also holds the Golden Riding Badge. The 2025 season began with Anna winning at the S*** level, as well as a fantastic 3rd place, qualifying her for the final at the Bundeschampionate for 5-year-old dressage horses with DSP Birkhofs Elocin. We are now looking forward to supporting Anna on her path to becoming a professional rider!
Lisa Casper
Lisa is an absolute ray of sunshine; you're always guaranteed a laugh with her! With her two horses, Birkhof’s SaroHi and Sir Copperfield FBW, she celebrated several placings in the advanced level in 2025, including a fantastic 5th place in an S*** competition. Lisa has been Baden-Württemberg Champion three times, boasts six wins in the S class, and competed in the German Championship finals. She also rode to the title of South German Vice Champion. We look forward to many more wonderful experiences!
Pia Casper
The trio is completed by the youngest sister, Pia. The collaboration couldn't have started better, as Pia and her beautiful Birkhofs Fair Game OLD rode to the gold medal at the German Championships in 2024, becoming German Champions in the Young Riders category, as well as Baden-Württemberg Champions for the third time. Due to these fantastic achievements, Pia is a member of the NK1 National Squad. Furthermore, Pia rides Birkhofs Bacardi and is studying sports management. In 2025, Pia achieved numerous successes in the S class. We are delighted to be part of this journey and look forward to everything that lies ahead!
Josephine Förster
Joesphine has already achieved numerous successes across all classes. With her successful horse Claire, Josi has placed up to S*** level and won the opening class (1.45m) of the U25 Jumping Cup at Horses & Dreams. Riding her up-and-coming horse Chinzano, she has won numerous young horse cups, including the State Championship. The pair have now achieved victories up to S* level. Josi can be particularly proud of the fact that she has trained each horse herself from the very beginning. Her main focus is on training young horses up to advanced level. She has already qualified several horses for the German National Championships. We are extremely happy to have Josi on the team and look forward to everything that lies ahead!
Jeannine Pelzer
Jeannine has more than 100 national and international placings up to S***/Grand Prix, victories up to advanced level and 17 S***/Grand Prix placings alone. We are extremely proud to count Jeannine on our team! As a pony child, she grew into equestrian sports and has been part of the state squad for 10 years. Jeannine comes from Bempflingen in Baden-Württemberg, is a trained wholesale and foreign trade clerk and is now studying agricultural science.
Since March 2022 she has had her new horse DSP Sammy Davis jr under her saddle. We wish the new team every success for the future and are incredibly happy to welcome such a likeable and talented young rider to the team!
Leony Seitz
Welcome to the team, dear Leony!
Leony is a promising young rider and a successful show jumper. We are delighted to have her join us through our team rider search! She comes from Switzerland and is a member of the Swiss Junior National Team. Together with her horses, she pursues her goals with diligence and passion. She has already achieved success in jumping up to 130/135 cm, including some in the 2025 season. We have come to know Leony as hardworking, ambitious, and with a great love for her horses. A perfect match for our team, we look forward to our future together.
Victoria Rohrmuss
We are absolutely thrilled to have Vicky join our team! The student will be strengthening our dressage team. Together with her pony Corelli de Luxe, they have already made history. Her "Zwerg" (little one) is usually the smallest at a sweet 1.46m, but his fighting spirit is enormous! Zwerg was the first pony ever to compete in the Iwest Cup and the Piaff Förderpreis, qualifying for the finals in Stuttgart's Schleyerhalle both times. Vicky says she owes everything to Zwerg; he's the king of the stable, and he knows it. Vicky also has other fantastic young horses under saddle and is successful in show jumping up to the M level. We appreciate Vicky's diligence and ambition; there's no such thing as too early or too late for her, as well as her connection with horses and her sensitive riding style. We look forward to our journey together!
Luisa Sophie Roth
With Luisa, #teamsilvercircle gains a very talented young rider. Luisa lives at Hasenhof in Waldenbuch with her horses and ponies. Despite her young age, Luisa has already achieved some impressive results. With her ponies Black Jack and Baileys, she is a member of the state show jumping squad, became vice-champion at the state championships, and qualified for the German Championships in 2024. 2025 was another resounding success: Luisa won bronze at the Bundeschampionate in the final for 6-year-old show jumping ponies with Little Laudatio JK. She has also made a name for herself in the saddle of her larger horses, achieving success up to the M level. Her diligence and ambition are her hallmarks, and we are delighted to support and accompany her on her sporting journey!
KATHRIN ZAPPE
With Kathrin, we've gained another talented young rider for our team. She has achieved numerous wins and placings in E, A, and L level show jumping with her mares Dunja and Ida, and with her pony Sanny Boy, she can also look back on many impressive successes in dressage. We would describe Kathrin as having excellent style and finesse, as well as being motivated and determined, and we look forward to supporting and accompanying her on her journey!
