Delivery, Shipping & Payment

• For orders of €149.00 or more, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

• Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually ready for dispatch within approximately 1-3 working days.

• You will receive shipping notifications including a tracking link from us via email.

• We ship your order climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen

• Your order typically arrives within Germany and the EU within approximately 2-5 working days.

• For deliveries outside the EU, shipping usually takes about 5-15 days.

• Unfortunately, we cannot further influence the delivery time after the package has been handed over to DHL.

• Please note in advance that for deliveries to countries outside the European Union, any applicable taxes and customs duties must be borne by you.

• How can I exchange something?

In case of an exchange, you must first fill out the exchange form included with your shipment. Please include this form, along with the respective items, in the return package. The exchange period is 14 days after receipt of the order. 

Return shipping is free for the buyer in the case of an exchange. Please contact us by email for this. info@silvercircle.de.

We will then send you your free return label via email.
