Promotion Terms

Promotional vouchers are coupons or discount codes issued as part of advertising campaigns with a specific validity period. Unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the promotion, the following conditions apply:

• Promotions are only available during the specified period in the Silver Circle online shop.
• Only one promotional voucher can be redeemed per order.
• Promotional vouchers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the promotion.
• Promotions with high order volume may slightly extend the delivery time. 
• If a minimum order value is specified, this value must be reached to activate the promotional voucher.
  
• If a promotional voucher or reward is tied to a minimum order value and this value is not met in the event of a return, we reserve the right to invoice the difference between the promotional voucher value and the value of the reward.
